It is ourBLOC's mission to highlight & uplift exceptional minority-owned businesses within the events industry to provide a community of diverse vendors to clients. The “BLOC” in our name isn’t a typo, but a reference to our local community - standing for “BLack & Minority-Owned Companies." When our founders' personal search to find minority-owned businesses to bring their wedding day to life fell short, they were inspired to find a solution for others. Expanding beyond weddings and into events as a whole, ourBLOC is a single-site solution to any event planning need while also directly funding minority-owned businesses through booking opportunities.
From caterers, florists, venues and all the details in between, ourBloc is for both individuals and companies alike. Anyone who needs event planning resources can use ourBLOC to book all their vendors while supporting diverse businesses in their community!
